Some Quidnunc Moments

Here are two things that won't be part of my "quidnunc" life.....

1. Someone has made a LEGO Church. Apparently it took 18 months to plan, build and photograph the installation - along with 75,000 pieces of LEGO. There are 1,372 LEGO worshippers inside and in case you can't see everything, there is a balcony, a Narthex, stairs to the balcony, coat rooms, several mosaics, a nave, a baptistery,
an altar, a crucifix, a pulpit and an elaborate pipe organ. Oh - and there is a restroom in case any of those 1,372 worshippers need to use the facilities! I wonder if they serve coffee and cookies after the service.....

2. Someone - a guy from my Law School Class (of '79) has been nominated for an Academy Award for producing the animated short film "I Met the Walrus" When Jerry Levitan was a 14 year old obsessed Beatles fan, he knocked on hotel doors until he found John Lennon and Yoko Ono. John Lennon talked to the young lad about global conflict and the need for peace and Levitan recorded the conversation. Levitan, a Toronto lawyer, met a young film maker a few years ago and they decided to make his tape into an animated short film - and.....quidnunc? Levitan is nominated for an Academy Award.

Have a quidnunc day everyone...........
