A second full-size billboard supporting U.S Democratic presidential hopeful Barack Obama was erected Wednesday in Victoria, Canada by a local organization Canadians Love Obama.
The billboard takes the issue beyond mere support for Obama and says "Canadians love Barack Obama. So why did we hurt him, Mr. Harper?", referring to a leaked NAFTA memo. Three students paid $2,000 for the billboard.
Victoria is a very popular destination for US tourists - most people who go on Alaska cruiseships take a day tour to Victoria. Americans will definitely see the billboards - I wonder what they will think?
