Ellen Page and SNL

Ellen Page, from Juno (Canadian, eh) was the guest host of SNL tonight. She is such a tiny winsome little thing. Her Peter Pan was cute, but in general, I thought SNL was lacklustre. Amy Poehler doing Hillary Clinton, followed by Hillary Clinton in the exact same clothes was good fun - but the opening skit went on too long and was a rehash of last week's critique of the journalists on the campaign trail. The impression of Tim Russert attacking Hillary was very good - I do hope Tim sees it and stops his attack dog behaviour. The highlight of the night was the Digital Short featuring Ellen Page and Andy Samberg....the best of thing of the evening. Second best thing? Vincent D'Onofrio (looking a bit rough) attacking Hillary Clinton......
