I have to stop reading slashfood.com - I'm not sure I can stand all the excitement of learning about all the special food days. I never knew there was a National Eggs Benedict Day - and now, I learn that today it is "National Cheeseball Day". Today, people.......
As a Canadian, I think I am safe in speaking for all Canadians when I say that cheeseballs don't have much prominence in Canadian party-world. There are some fancy-schmantzy cheeseballish recipes that are served at parties in Canada, but I haven't really seen many of them over the years. I don't think I know anyone that has actually ever purchased a cheeseball in Canada - but trust me when I tell you that there are lots of them in stores here in Kansas. Where do you find these sites? I am amazed!
Cheeseballs, can not say that I have noticed many; at least not at the social functions that I have been invited to.
Have you tried one? Are they good?
