The Bell Jar.........

For those like me who were intrigued by the story and poetry of Sylvia Plath, it is sad to hear that her son has taken his own life. Nicholas Hughes, the son of Sylvia Plath and Ted Hughes was 47 years old. He was a young baby when his mother gassed herself while he slept.

As the article states - Nicholas Hughes’s death "adds a further tragic chapter to a family history that has been raked over with morbid fascination for two generations". Check out the article, it is profoundly sad.........
