The newest health drink and beauty products from Nihon Sofuken, a Japanese company, contain that special secret ingredient: placenta. To be clear, it isn't human placenta, but pig placenta (if that possibly makes a difference for you).
The placenta is supposedly chock full of nutrients and minerals lost during childbirth. Supposedly great beauties such as Marie-Antoinette and Cleopatra used placenta in their beauty regimes (if that possibly makes a difference for you). In case you still aren't sold on the idea, the company has thoughtfully added a delicate peach flavoring.
