Forbes has a list of the top 11 classic American dishes. Some of the entries won't be surprising - Chicago deep dish pizza, Philly cheese steak sandwich - but some are interesting - California Roll sushi, French Dip (hmmm....wouldn't you think it was invented somewhere else, n'est-ce pas?), Caesar Salad (created in Mexico), and pasta primavera. I think you'll like the list - although mooseburger might be a new addition.........
